The Activate Experience Team are the first responders to those who intend to join Transformed City and focuses on hosting the Activate Experience every other month to promote discovery, development, and deployment with new members that fosters growth, community, and connection with TCC.

This team comprises of various roles to include the following:

• Membership Activation Coaches: responsible for serving as the first responders who makes calls and contacts with the new interested members and new registrants of the Activate Experience

• Event Coordinators: serves as the right hand to the Captain of this team responsible for coordinating the event including registration management, communications, purchasing and setup of food, setup, and breakdown management of the facility, and collaborating with other members when needed.

• Online Engagement Coordinator: responsible for the setup and administration of the online activate experience hosted simultaneously as the on-site experience including admitting registrants into Zoom, engaging them throughout the zoom, ensuring they have access to the digital contact cards and dream team app, answering any questions, and collaborating with the on-site host that online engagement needs to be acknowledged.

• Session Teachers: responsible for being present at each Activate Experience to teach and present on any of the 3 sessions.

• Data Entry Admins: responsible for passing out and collecting the physical copies of Session I and Session II connect card and Session III Dream Team App, and entering the data into the Church Management System same day as the Activate Experience.

• Selfie & Survey Coordinator: responsible for enhancing the experience by promoting capturing memories of the experience and collecting video testimonials throughout the event.
